The second e-workshop of StoryDoc laboratories for development documentaries held on October, 11 and 17 coordinated from the videoconference center of StoryDoc in Athens.
Mikael Opstrup, our Head of Studies, Emma Davie, our head of Tutors and Chara Lampidou, our coordinator organized meetings face to face with the 18 directors and producers which are participating in the StoryDoc seminars of 2012.
During the e-workshops the participants together with their tutors fixed their project in order to be ready for their presentation at the 2nd session workshop which will take place in leipzig on Oct 30,31 and Nov 1, 2012
The success of the e-workshop with the through videoconference face to face meeting based on the study ofthe new scripts published by the participants directors to the specificblogs, created by the Storydoc team (web manager, event manager, coordinator) for every project. The blogs had been launched in the middle of June at Storydoc web site. Each participant has his own user name and password. The tutors have access in all the blogs in order to provide comments and tutorials in private with the participants.
In their blogs directors uploaded the new trailer, produced after the seminar in Athens. Teachers watched and commented on the new trailers and gave instructions to the directors for the next shots and discussed with them the development of a personal point of view by each director for his work (Point of View).
